Diving Industry is one such example of male dominated Industry.
Mrs. Aisha Al Risia is one such “rock star” lady who has taken up navigating the roughly charted undersea. Mrs. Aisha, owner of Al Risia Subsea Engineering & Services LLC (RSEAS), is the first Omani women entrepreneur in a male dominated commercial diving industry in Oman. With the idea of starting a commercial diving Company in a traditionally male dominated space, Mrs. Aisha can face even greater challenges on the seas to success.
ISEAS, also with a woman at the helm, has extended its support and signed the joint venture agreement with RSEAS to elevate Mrs. Aisha’s courage and enthusiasm as her success will definitely inspire more women to enter this industry.
