• Underwater Welding & Cutting – Wet welding of braces, gussets, plates, or anode brackets on steel structures. Oxy-arc cutting to remove damaged elements or create tie-in points.
• Pipeline &/or Riser Repair Clamps – Emergency or planned installation of mechanical repair clamps for leaking, corroded, or damaged pipeline /riser sections or wet welding solutions to seal leaks and re-establish structural integrity.
• Spool Replacement & Tie-Ins – Cutting and removal of failed pipeline sections and installation and reconnection of new metrology-supported pre-fabricated pipeline spools.
• Riser Repair / Replacement – Recovery, repair, or replacement of damaged risers, including flexible riser, guides, and/or support structures alignment and installation.
• Pile Reinforcement & Jackets Encapsulation – Installation of pile sleeves, jacket clamps, or encapsulated formwork filled with marine-grade grout or epoxy solution for corrosion-damaged or scoured pile foundations.
• Hot Tap & Wet Tap Services – Diver-assisted hot tapping/wet tapping of pressurized pipelines for tie-ins, bypasses, or product carried out safely by qualified diving teams.
• Splash Zone Repairs – Specialized repair solutions for the highly corrosive and dynamic splash zone area, includes coating touch-ups, clamp installations, and steel replacement with elevated safety procedures.
