Consultation
- Feasibility Assessments – Evaluation of site conditions, project scope, access constraints, and underwater hazards.
- Method Statements & Work Planning – Development of detailed dive procedures, risk assessments (JHAs), and execution plans tailored to client specifications and standards (IMCA, ADCI, ADNOC, ARAMCO, IOGP etc.).
- Equipment & Personnel Recommendations – Selection and sizing of suitable diving spreads, ROV systems, and tooling based on depth, task complexity, and environment.
- Project Costing Support – Advice on realistic budgeting for subsea works, logistics, and contingencies.
Site Supervision & Execution Oversight
- Full-Time or Rotational Site Representation – Deployment of qualified ISEAS supervisors or client reps at the worksite to oversee subsea or topside activities.
- Onsite Technical Coordination – Interface between the client, contractors, vessel crews, and divers to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.
- QA/QC Oversight – Verification that all diving, inspection, or installation tasks are performed per approved procedures and meet project specifications.
- Safety & Regulatory Compliance Monitoring – Ensuring adherence to HSE protocols, diving regulations, and permit-to-work systems. Immediate intervention in case of deviations.
- Daily Reporting & Documentation – Submission of detailed progress reports, dive logs, as-built drawings, photo/video records, and anomaly tracking.
